What happens after booking


To make your booking, you can open our booking portal directly; Create an account (optional), get online quotes and make your booking or simply email or call.

Our returning clients often just email us with their dates, times and flight info and we do the rest. Please let us know if you might have carry-on or checked luggage. We plan on being at the collection point 45 mins after landing (if checked bags), and 15 (for carry-on).

Once booked, our automated system will send you confirmation of booking. Then, 24 hrs before the trip, a reminder confirmation is sent out. Please advise as early as possible of any changes to your trip.

On the day of travel you’ll receive two texts from our system which says, 1) the driver is on the way and 2) we have arrived at the designated collection point, such as your home or the arrivals hall.

When being collected from the airport,  please turn your mobile on when you’ve landed and its safe to do so. Please make sure we have your flight numbers, as we track the flights to ensure we meet you on time.

Wherever possible your driver to the airport will be the same driver that will collect you. when this is not the case, you will be informed in the texts.

Jo is the owner of PRESLA  

A trained life coach and experienced marketeer, she has been a leader, trainer and coach of people and projects in the corporate world for almost 30 years.

 He began driving with PRESLA in 2017 and now, alongside Jo, takes the lead in the day-to-day running and organising of the cars and drivers. His experience includes several years in the military, PR and Marketing, Project Management and as a founder and company director. Steve believes in fairness and trust and creates results through high performance, high-quality work ethics.
