Scope
PRESLA limited, is a Dorset Council-licensed Private Hire Chauffeur Service business. We take bookings for trips undertaken in our vehicles with our drivers to transfer individuals, families and groups from and to destinations that suit their business, leisure and pleasure needs.

Payments for all Bookings, (Bank A/C 20-11-43 13084639 - Reference is the Trip ID).
Payments
· Balances to be paid to the company by the journey date and before the beginning of the journey.
· Overdue payments older than Eight (8) days past due, will incur interest at 10% above Bank of England Base Rate.
· All deposits are Non-refundable.
· Full payment will be due if a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the collection time if cancelled by the client or clients representative.
· Overtime pay will apply after the first 45 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.
Weddings: 25% Deposit upon booking. Wedding cancellations incur full payment if within ONE Week of event date and 50% payment if cancelled within One months of event date. Rearrangement of a wedding incurs an 10% additional admin charge.
Liabilities
Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Sanitation fee is £300.00. Smoking and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. Seat belts must be worn, by law.
In some rare instances, PRESLA may have to charge the car en-route with passengers on board. We would keep this wait time to a minimum. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
Force Majeure
PRESLA is not responsible for delays or the termination of a trip caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. roads not salted, accidents, traffic delays etc.). PRESLA are not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
We will always wait -wherever and whenever possible. If we cannot wait longer than Two (2) hours we will try to replace our service with another, or rearrange based upon new timings of the passenger’s schedule.
