Terms & Conditions 

All deposits are NON refundable. Full payment will be due if a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the collection time if cancelled by the client or clients representative.

Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Sanitation fee is £275.00.

Smoking and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. Seat belts must be worn, by law.

In some rare instances, PRESLA may have to charge the car en-route with passengers on board. We would keep this wait time to a minimum. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.


PRESLA is not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). PRESLA are not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the company by the run date and before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

We will always wait -wherever and whenever possible. If we cannot wait longer than 2.5 hours we will try to replace our service with another or rearrange based upon new arrival times of incoming flights.
